12/01/2021 - SenseCAP M1 OTA Update

December 1, 2021 - We released SenseCAP M1 firmware version 2021.11.30.1, which includes fixes to snapshot load performance, underlying rocksdb tuning and other important bug fixes.
Changes:
  1. 1.
Update Helium miner version to 2021.11.30.1
Notes:
  1. 1.
The firmware will automatically update, the hotspot owner does not need to do anything. Each firmware release will take a few hours to update all SenseCAP on the network, so please wait patiently to get your hotspot updated.
  2. 2.
If your hotspot has updated to the new firmware and not starting to sync after 30mins, you are free to do a reset block to manually sync the blocks. Here is the guide: https://docs.sensecapmx.com/m1/local-console/how-to-reset-blocks
  3. 3.
While syncing, we strongly suggest using the Ethernet Cable to connect to the Internet. Poor Wi-Fi may cause slowing syncing and firmware OTA failure.
  4. 4.
After updating the firmware, you may find the Hotspot blockchain height is Unknown in the SenseCAP Dashboard, it will back to normal in about 30mins.
